Welcome to the 15th Annual Paint Historic Waxahachie! This is an open, all-inclusive paint-out event. We accept any artist, all skill levels, and “first-timers” are heartily encouraged! Our paint outs are a huge success with 20 +-year Plein Air veterans painting along with novices; every painting in the exhibition blends together beautifully and our patrons are generous with their purchases (no one asks how long the artist has been painting). If you’ve been considering participation in a “competitive” paint out, this is the best place to start. So, c’mon & join us….Enter online today!
PREPAINT IN ELLIS COUNTY: Artists registering for the Paint Historic Waxahachie event by April 14, 2022 may paint any day, anywhere in Ellis County from April 15 through May 13. No painting from May 14 through May 19, 2022.
