Learn new ways of observing nature and take time out to truly see what is around you. Maribeth Jagger will demonstrate technique and guide participants through hands-on exercises using the museum and sanctuary as inspiration. Participants will learn tools to translate what they see to the pages of their sketchbook. No prior drawing experience is needed. Ages 17+. Closed-toed shoes and long pants are recommended.
About Maribeth Jagger: Through her art, Maribeth Jagger is able to eloquently reveal the beauty she observes in nature with her audience. Maribeth has been painter most of her life and has received her degree in art from Northwest Florida State University. She shares her talents through numerous workshops in the DFW area. Jagger is a repeat solo Appalachian Trail hiker with plans to return to the trail in spring 2019.
