It’s Here! The Visual Art League of Lewisville is calling for entries
to the Premier Fresh Ideas 2020 competition.
JULY 18 to AUGUST 15 2020
Entry deadline is 6/30/20 – now July 7th. This event will take place from
7/18/20-8/15/20 at the MCL Grand Theater Gallery, 100 N. Charles Street
in Lewisville.

Fresh Ideas Show is VAL’s annual premier, juried art exhibition, which is housed in the beautiful 2,000 sq. ft. Medical City of Lewisville Grand Theater main art gallery (see www.mclgrand.com and visualartleague.org). It is open to all visual artists who reside in Texas. The non-refundable entry fee, for a maximum of three (3) pieces is:
· $75 for non-members of VAL (which includes one year’s membership* to VAL)
· $40 for VAL members

Submission guidelines: Original 2D and 3D artwork created in the last two (2) years, which has not previously been shown in any VAL exhibits.
Accepted mediums include: Oil, watercolors, acrylics, pastel, mixed media, collage, books, drawing, prints, photography, ceramics, glass, textiles, fiber, encaustic, jewelry and sculpture.
Due to the virus, there will be no opening reception.
The Gallery will be open for viewing during this time.
