IRVING, TEXAS: The Urban Artist Market has released a new ONLINE portal to support its mission after its October 23-25 show in Addison, Texas, was postponed due to COVID.
“We used our Paycheck Protection Program funding to support us during this time and have taken the opportunity to develop a new ONLINE portal,” said Founder Christopher Miller. “Art patrons can continue to support artists and their creative work from the comfort of their home!”
Addison and Irving’s past live markets have featured more than 75 curated regional artisans and attracted hundreds of patrons. “We plan to increase our reach with this new ONLINE market,” said Miller. Urban Artist Market will be kicking off their ONLINE market with a 20% site wide sale from November 23-30.
The site features individual galleries where artists can feature 50 – 300 pieces of their work depending on their membership level and is attracting talent from across the country. The ONLINE market provides an incredible opportunity for the organization to expand its mission and extend nationwide.
Smallcakes Dallas at Belt Line and Preston has always been a supporter of the local market and has pledged to continue their support.
