TCA is excited to offer a remastered professional development webinar that provides an excellent overview of how to use internal strategic planning to align your programs with your mission. Whether you’re growing your services to address new or increased need due to COVID-19, or whether 2020 has simply prompted you to reassess priorities, this webinar can be a good resource. In 2017, Barbara Morgan presented “Growing Your Organization Strategically.” Now, we offer it to you with improved audio and editing for a better flow of the presentation.

In the webinar, Barbara Morgan, the co-founder and executive director of the Austin Film Festival, covers the basics of building new programs that fit with your organization’s mission. Barbara discusses a method for internal strategic planning that has proven to work: under her direction, Austin Film Festival has grown from an idea into an eight-day film festival– featuring hundreds of films, panels, round tables, and workshops– that attracts visitors from around the globe.
