Starting February 2021, Hanson’s is excited to announce an open call for local artists to showcase each month. Selected artists will have the opportunity to exhibit 1-3 pieces to be displayed in our gallery, at least one piece will be framed in house at the discretion of the gallery coordinator, artist, and staff. In addition to work on display in the gallery, the artist will have the opportunity to host an artist talk or a closing reception in the gallery after hours.
Applications will open the first of each month for the following month’s showcase.
When selected, the artist must be available to meet with the gallery coordinator for work selection, framing consultation, and installation of work at least two weeks prior to the showcase.
All mediums and career levels are welcome to apply, *size and space limitations will be discussed and approved as needed.*
