Visages is a collection of recent works from Francisco Benitez. The works span from 2013 to the current day. They are from a variety of his series and show off his wide range of techniques.
Typically working in oil painting, he has worked back into an old technique of utilizing encaustics which is a mix of heated beeswax and colored pigments that has been used since before the ancient Egyptians.
