About Your Teacher
Art campers will be taught by Julie Naamani, a Plano-based artist/educator. Mrs. Naamani has worked as a Plano ISD elementary art educator for the past ten years and is now the owner of Artivity Central Art Studio. As a fourth generation artist and lifelong learner, her work mainly consists of painting, drawing, jewelry-making and sculpting in clay. Resident sister cats, Mira and Rosa, often serve as inspiration for her art!
Mrs. Naamani is a firm believer in that everyone is an artist. It gives her great joy to provide the safe and encouraging environment where one can explore their creative potential.
