| Every year Fort Works Art and Gallery of Dreams are honored to present the annual Mayoral High School Art Competition. Each year hundreds of North Texas high school students have the opportunity to apply for an exhibition juried by art professionals.Past jurors have included artist Sedrick Huckaby, Modern Art Museum curator Andrea Karnes, and Amon Carter Museum of American Art Director Andrew Walker.With your help we are not only able to host this exhibition but we are also able to offer cash prizes for the First, Second, and Third place winners. |

| Since 2018, Gallery of Dreams has been incredibly proud to offer a residency program for local artists.This program offers a space to create a new body of work which is showcased in a solo exhibition at the end of their residency. Community engagement is encouraged with lectures, workshops, and more. |
